Rick is the Founder & CEO of CJ Patrick Company, a market intelligence and business advisory firm for companies in the real estate and mortgage industries.

One of the country’s most frequently-quoted sources on real estate, mortgage and foreclosure trends, Rick has appeared on CNBC, CBS News, NBC News, CNN, ABC News, FOX, Bloomberg and NPR.

Rick is a founding member of the Five Star National Mortgage Servicing Association, and on the Board of Directors of the Asian Real Estate Association of America and the National Association of Default Professionals. Selected as the National Marketing Executive of the Year in 2006 by the Stevie Awards, Rick was twice named to the Inman News Inman 100, an annual list of the most influential real estate leaders.

Rick has over 20 years’ experience in the real estate and mortgage industries, including roles as the EVP Market Intelligence at ATTOM Data Solutions, EVP of Marketing at RealtyTrac, Chief Marketing Officer of TenX and Auction.com, and EVP for Carrington Mortgage Holdings, and Chief Marketing Officer of the company’s Vylla Homes business unit.

Kyle Lundstedt is the founder and President of IndustryVault (Risk Integration LLC), based in San Francisco, CA. IndustryVault is a managed service provider that offers a highly secure hosted platform for conducting data analysis. IndustryVault offers faster insights, broader access, and greater control of the data analysis process. The IndustryVault solution provides access to valuable industry datasets, stored in a highly responsive query engine, and accessible via the web browser for both data exploration and analysis.

As an executive, Mr. Lundstedt has experience managing diverse crossfunctional teams at Fortune 500 firms as well as small technology companies. He combines Ph.D.-level expertise in finance with a strong track record managing both the top- and bottom-lines in data & analytics businesses. He speaks frequently at industry conferences such as ASF and MBA Annual, and on news shows such as CNBC and Fox Business.

Prior to founding IndustryVault, Mr. Lundstedt was a managing director for Black Knight Financial Services (BKFS/LPS Applied Analytics). He managed a $30m business unit with a team of 70 product managers, sales support specialists, business analysts, developers, DBAs, and PhD’s. His team produced the industry-leading McDash data & AFT behavioral analytics for large commercial and federal clients in mortgage and real estate. Mr. Lundstedt joined BKFS from Andrew Davidson & Co, where he created the LoanDynamics model of mortgage prepayment, delinquency, default, and loss. His experience growing the analytics businesses at BKFS, ADCo, and LoanPerformance demonstrate a strong record of building and selling data & analytics to the mortgage industry.

Mr. Lundstedt also has previous startup experience, having co-founded the angel investor-backed analytics firm VaRisk. VaRisk built customized
valuation and risk management software for mortgages and MBS, and provided its solutions to firms such as Wells Fargo and Silicon Valley Bank. He also worked on the professional staff of the U.S. House Banking Committee, and played a significant role in the FHFA/OFHEO, FHA reform, and S&L bailout legislation.

Mr. Lundstedt has a Ph.D. in Business Administration (Finance and Real Estate) from the University of California at Berkeley, and a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Yale University.

Jonas Moe

Jonas is Senior Vice President, Marketing, ICE Mortgage Technology, responsible for communications, events, demand generation, branding, creative, and market strategy. Jonas joined Ellie Mae in 2001 and has served as the senior vice president of Market Strategy and the head of Product during which, among other contributions, he developed Ellie Mae’s Encompass Electronic Document Management and Encompass Webcenter online client portal solutions, as well the Encompass Client Resource Center. Jonas holds a BS in restoration ecology from UC Davis.

Simon Moir

Simon Moir is Vice President, Banking Compliance Solutions, Wolter Kluwer Compliance Solutions. He is responsible for overseeing the growth and development of the segment’s banking compliance product portfolio and its open digital lending platform and expert solutions ecosystem. Simon joined Wolters Kluwer following its acquisition of eOriginal, the leading platform for creating, managing, and monetizing trusted digital loans, in December 2020.

At eOriginal Simon held a variety of leadership roles. His most recent position was as Chief Product Officer responsible for the company’s product vision, strategy, design and delivery across all financial industries, including mortgage, auto finance, marketplace lending, equipment leasing, and banking.

Simon has more than 20 years of experience delivering innovative, highly scalable, solutions to the banking and financial services industry. Prior to eOriginal, he was Senior Vice President of Business Development at Savana and Senior Director of Mortgage Technology at CoreLogic.

Originally from New Zealand, Simon holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Canterbury.

S.A. Ibrahim is the retired chief executive officer of Radian Group Inc. (NYSE: RDN). Headquartered in Philadelphia, Radian provides private mortgage insurance and products and services to the mortgage and real estate industries. Radian is one of the largest private mortgage insurers of U.S. residential mortgages, sand its mortgage and real estate services segment is a leader in each of its industries.

Despite the recent challenge of one of the worst economic and housing- related downturns, through Mr. Ibrahim’s leadership, Radian has maintained a relatively strong financial position — with total assets of over $6.9 billion and stockholders’ equity of more than $2.1 million. Radian doubled its private mortgage insurance market share during the downturn writing a leading share of today’s high-quality business while continually strengthening the management team. Radian today is an industry leader in insurance in force.

In 2014, Radian sold its financial guaranty business, Radian Asset Assurance Corp., to Assured Guaranty Ltd for approximately $810 million. Under Mr. Ibrahim’s leadership, the financial guaranty business was one of only two financial guarantors in the U.S. to successfully survive the financial crisis in 2007. Radian continues to focus on future success and has acquired Clayton Holdings, a leading mortgage services provider, further broadening and strengthening its growing franchise.

Prior to joining Radian, Mr. Ibrahim was the CEO of GreenPoint Mortgage Funding based in Novato, California. Under his leadership, GreenPoint Mortgage transformed itself from a small mortgage originator to one of the leading U.S. mortgage originators. In 2002, GreenPoint Mortgage was selected by a group of international business leaders as the winner of the Wharton Infosys Business Transformation award for North America. GreenPoint Mortgage was also a pioneer in business process outsourcing. Mr. Ibrahim’s experience also includes heading international reengineering for American Express, being the CEO of Chemical Mortgage as well as working at Bank of America and General Electric Company.

Mr. Ibrahim has served on various boards, including the Fannie Mae National Advisory Board and the Mortgage Bankers Association Board of Governors. Currently, he serves on the Board of Trustees of the Wharton Graduate Board, the Academy of the University of Pennsylvania, the Inter Faith Youth Core, Chicago, the Philadelphia Anti Defamation League, the Auburn (Presbyterian) Seminary, New York and the Center of Interreligious Understanding. He was an advisor to the White House team on President Obama’s 2009 Cairo speech and was a keynote speaker at the Presidential Entrepreneurial Summit in Washington in April 2010.

Mr. Ibrahim, through his family foundation is an active supporter of various educational and interfaith programs including the Ibrahim Middle East Program. He is also an active angel investor in many start- up consumer products, real estate and technology related companies. He holds an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania and a BE in Engineering from Osmania University in India.

Tom Wilkins heads the Executive Roundtable/Thought Leaders’ Forum for Mortgage Finance which he co-created in 2006. Its mission is to convene meetings of the industry’s stakeholders to explore ways to significantly improve the effectiveness of the industry’s processes, and the aggregation of processes, technology, and controls that underpin the origination and servicing of mortgages. The Roundtable is held in April and October in locations on both coasts fitting with the themes of the gathering.

In addition, Tom was co-founder and former CEO of Mortgage Media, an online mortgage industry journal, committed to creating, producing and sharing its intellectual capital, through video interviews, with mortgage and real estate professionals and everyday consumers of mortgage products and services.

At Dorado, Tom was the first employee and member of the executive team responsible for making Dorado, a pioneer in cloud-based applications for mortgage bankers, the market leader in demand chain solutions for the mortgage industry. He held several leadership positions over a 13-year period leading to Dorado’s acquisition by CoreLogic. At CoreLogic, Tom was Head of Business Operations for the Mortgage Technology Group.

Tom is a results-driven, hands-on professional with more than 40 years of leadership experience, and a history of achievement contributing to leading growth in companies, with skills in operations, strategic alliances, team building and performance improvement methodologies. Additionally, he brings a unique perspective to any organization, with his international career experience spanning more than 13 years living/working in Asia, the Middle East and Europe.

Tom holds an M.S. degree from San Jose State University, and a B.A. degree from California State University, Chico.
